My name is Christy Szemborski, and I am the founder of Empower Personal Training, LLC. I decided to become a personal trainer having spent years being that person that wanted to lose weight, but once I stepped inside a gym, had no clue what to do. I thought weights were reserved for the boys. NOT the case!! Now, having emerged to the other side, I use my skills, my experiences and my own journey to help others.

I care about my clients, and there is nothing more important to me than helping somebody go through an experience that makes them happy, confident and strong.  I know how being overweight affects your whole life, and I am here for those who want to bring about change.  I want to help you discover the benefits of training that have helped me become the person I am today. I am here to guide you every step of the way whether experienced or new to exercise.

I understand that life can be hectic, and it can be difficult to find time to work out; I have been there myself. Now, I have used my experiences to design a program that is manageable, enjoyable and proven to work.

I have been a certified personal training coach for over 12 years and I have worked with everyone from kids training for their sport, to people well into their 90’s. Everyone has the need to stay active, why not have fun doing it?

Each and every one of us are different. Workouts should be tailored to each person’s goals and physicality. That’s why the consultation and Functional Movement screen is so important. This screening is an objective tool that measures 7 fundamental movement patterns that are key to daily life. It determines if these patterns are optimal, acceptable or dysfunctional. Based on the results, I can prioritize exercises and programming to accommodate clients needs so they can achieve higher levels of fitness and performance.
There is no cookie cutter approach to my coaching. Every individual has different wants and needs. Listening is key.

01. Jump Start Trial Package | $150
30 day trial which includes:
  • * Consultation and FMS (functional movement screening)
  • * 4 Personal Training Sessions 
  • * Access to virtual bootcamp sessions
(If available. Also, not everyone is recommended to join in these sessions especially if they have never worked out before or if it’s been some time. These sessions are more intense. This is a case by case basis)
02. Mobile In – Person / Virtual Trainer

Don’t belong to a gym? No problem! Don’t own equipment? No worries! Whether it’s in the comfort of your own home, office, apartment gym or outdoors at a park, I make your life easier by bringing the workout to you. I’ll help keep you motivated, send you workouts, help with nutritional advice, hold you accountable and most importantly, make sure you are getting RESULTS!

03. Personal Training | 1:1
ONE MONTH 1:1 Private
1x weekly = $85.00 per session
2x weekly = $80.00 per session
3x weekly = $75.00 per session
THREE MONTH 1:1 Private
1x weekly = $75.00 per session
2x weekly = $70.00 per session 
3x weekly = $65.00 per session 
04. Semi Private | 2:1
1x weekly – $65.00 per person
2x weekly – $60.00 per person
3x weekly – $55.00 per person
1x weekly – $60.00 per person
2x weekly – $55.00 per person
3x weekly – $50.00 per person

I also offer semi private, where you can share your hour with another person but still get a personalized session. 

05. Virtual Bootcamp/ Team Trainings | Large Groups
Running Tuesday nights at 4:30pm MST.
$40.00 a month 1x weekly ($10.00 a session. This also depends on how many weeks in the month) OR $15.00 Walk-In
