I decided to become a personal trainer after spending years of my life wanting to lose weight, but having no clue what to do when I stepped into a gym. I thought weights were reserved for the boys. NOT the case!! Through training, I have found joy and confidence in my body and I, now, use my skills, my experiences and my own journey to empower my clients to find theirs.
I know how being overweight affects your whole life. I’ve been there! I also know that life can be hectic, and it can be difficult to find time to work out; I have been there too. Whether you are brand new to exercise or you’re an experienced gym rat who wants more, you and I will work together to design a program that will get you to your goals AND work with your life.
Nothing brings me more joy than to see my clients become confident, strong & empowered. With over 14 years of personal training experience, I have worked with mom’s wanting to lose the baby weight, kids training for their sport, seniors well into their 90’s and everyone in between. We all need to stay active, why not have fun doing it? I’ll be with you every step of the way.
